Have any guys out there tried the herb damiana (capsules, liquid, etc.) to enhance sexual performance?
If so, what has been your experience? Are there any brands better than others? I see this herb touted all over the web to enhance sexual performance, relieve sexual anxiety, treat impotence, etc. I am curious about what it is and whether there are any truth to the claims, or if it is just folklore.
Muffin, damiana is touted for both men and women. Damiana is often included as an herb in male vitamin supplements. I believe the herb is popular among Hispanic males, as well.
I ‘ve tried damiana with not much success. I prefer horny goat weed. This stuff is the staple in men’s herbal sexual performers. GNC’s arginmax is the best herb sex product I’ve ever used. I’m probably wrong, but I thought damiana was for women and yohimbe was for men.
