Over the counter anxiety medication?

I have RLS (restless leg syndrome) due to anxiety, (or at least I’m pretty sure of it)
Does anyone know of an OTC anxiety med I could buy? (med or herbal) People have already told me about xanax but I really don’t want to buy it on the streets…. So… any help so I can sleep in peace? lol
and where can i get it?

I use to take lunesta for sleep, 3 mg. But I found that Black Cherry Juice Concentrate helps with anxiety and sleeping problems. 3 tablespoons a day and i don’t need valium or xanax anymore! And it taste great. 12-13 bucks a bottle, lasts a month. Natural Sources is the brand name i use. Most health food stores carries it.

It is not a med its a vitamin - Niacin or the calming vite, just make sure you get the non flushing type, which means you don’t turn all red and get all itchy with it, and always take it after a meal.

What I found works better is to have a really heavy type blanket on yourself, like a heavy duvet on at night cause it seems to keep the rest of your body from tossing turning.

Saint John’s wort and Valerian Root work well. Take them with fish oil to maximize the benefits. The Saint John’s Wort will help with the anxiety and the Valerian Root helps with the sleeping.

Herbal remedies are very suspicious. You often can’t know for sure what is in them. As for OTC meds that might work, all I can think of is Benadryl. Any drugstore will have it.
