Antidepressant were cause weight gain so what about herbal supplement st. john wort?
Anti-depressants have alot more and worse side effects than weight gain!, depending on which one.
There have been several studies done that have shown that it is very effective to help with depression, but these studies were done on people with moderate levels of depression and not severe cases, although reason tells me it should still work then.

i woudl recomend a natural supplyment called Amoryn (www.amoryn.com)
it doesnt affect weight at all. the only side effects i have got is stomach aches when taken on empty stomahc (with food its fine) and some enhanced dreams which are really quite fun [:
i would recommend them, they have helped me drastically, check it out!

well first off you can’t mix the two so make sure its completely out of your system. However, there are other medications to try.
